Our Founder
James Wu is a global entrepreneur with experience in mobile technology, user acquisition, and game publishing. He has built products and teams across the United States, Japan, and China, bringing a global perspective to mobile innovation and distribution.
He founded UpTap in 2019 and has led its growth from a mobile gaming studio into a global mobile technology company developing mobile web apps, AI-powered tools, and mobile games for users worldwide.
James previously held leadership roles in user acquisition and publishing across the gaming and digital industries and is currently a Sloan Fellows MBA candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
